After registering on the TPMA website, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to complete your mentor or mentee profile (or both) on Pairwise.

Completing your profile on Pairwise is required to participate. This helps us match mentors and mentees as effectively as possible, and gives you a dedicated space to plan your communication together.
