The TPMA Mentorship Program brings product professionals together for four months of mentorship, learning, and connection.
Whether you’re looking for guidance as you navigate your next challenge, or you’re an experienced product professional looking to give back and learn alongside other leaders, the program gives you a dedicated 1:1 relationship, and a broader community to learn with.
What's included
At the heart of the program is 1:1 mentorship. We match participants based on their experience, goals and development areas so conversations are relevant to where they are and where they want to grow.
But the experience goes beyond the match. Throughout the cohort, participants also get:
- A four-month structured mentorship experience
- Personalized mentor matching
- Goal setting and progress check-ins
- Dedicated support from the Mentorship Program team
- Private Slack channels for mentors, mentees and the full cohort
- Roundtables and peer conversations to learn from others facing similar challenges
- Opportunities to build relationships across the TPMA product community
For mentors, the program is a chance to learn too. You’ll have opportunities to connect with other experienced product professionals, exchange perspectives and learn from how others are approaching leadership, teams and product challenges.
How it works
The program is primarily virtual, so you can participate from wherever you are. If you and your pair are both local and want to meet in person, you can do that too.
