AI Demo Day Workshop: How We Use AI

Most PMs are surrounded by AI use cases, hot takes, and tool recommendations, but very few have a clear way to benchmark how they’re actually using AI in their work. “How We Use AI” creates that space: an in-person evening for product managers to hear practical examples from peers, ask real questions, and compare notes on what is actually working.

The event will feature 3-5 short presentations from PMs who are meaningfully using AI in their day-to-day work. Each speaker will share a focused 7-10 minute walkthrough of a concrete workflow, tool setup, or practice they have used to upgrade their work. Topics may include tools like Claude Code, Codex, ChatGPT Enterprise, Confluence-based knowledge systems, internal agents, AI-assisted product discovery, or ways PMs can influence their teams to adopt better AI workflows.

The format is intentionally conversational. After each presentation, attendees will have time for Q&A, informal discussion, and one-on-one follow-up with the speaker. The goal is not another passive AI talk. It is to help PMs move from “I saw someone doing this online” to “I understand how I could actually try this in my own work.”

Learning outcomes

• Benchmark your AI usage against other PMs: Understand how peers are actually using AI in their day-to-day product work and identify where you may be underusing the available tools.
  
  
• Discover practical AI workflows you can adopt immediately: Hear real examples from PMs who have already figured out how to use AI to work faster, think more clearly, and improve their output.
  
  
• Cut through the AI noise and focus on what works: Move past generic advice and leave with concrete ideas, tools, and approaches that are relevant to product management right now.
  
  
• Build community around AI adoption: Connect with other PMs who are experimenting with AI, share lessons learned, and continue the conversation beyond the event.

Target Audience

• Product managers and product leaders who are already working in product and want to use AI more effectively in their day-to-day roles. This is best suited for PMs with at least a couple of years of product experience who are actively thinking about how AI changes the way they research, write, plan, build, communicate, and collaborate.
• Junior and mid-level PMs will leave with practical workflows they can try right away. 
• Senior PMs and product leaders will get a clearer benchmark for how peers are adopting AI and where the craft is moving. 
• This is not designed as an intro session for people trying to break into product. It is for working PMs who want to move beyond AI curiosity and into practical adoption.
