We're excited to have Rosemary King lead an in-person full-day workshop on Building Product Strategy

The training will revolve around the summarizing and breakdown of a Strategy document template.  We will discuss each section, and different activities that will allow the PMs to understand how to gather information, alignment, or perspective on that section, so they have confidence that the way that they have filled it out is sound.

The ideal audience for this workshop would be mid-level to senior PMs who want to hone their strategy building skills via an applied method method that will allow them to use a current project to map their strategy and identify gaps.

Learning outcomes:

  1. PMs can build their own strategy with minimal input from product leadership
  2. PMs understand the key inputs that go into building a thought out product or feature strategy
  3. PMs can defend their thinking and make a strong case for priority, resources and implementation

Note: Lunch and refreshments will be provided to attendees throughout the day
