We're excited to have Nahla Salem lead a workshop on Stakeholder Management for PMs

This workshop is for Junior-Senior PMs, in startups or big organizations, looking for a structured way to approach  stakeholder management in order to successfully create and communicate roadmaps, prevent issues resulting from stakeholder conflict, and achieve their own career goals.

In this workshop, you will learn:

  1. How to understand, profile, and manage stakeholders
  2. Tools to create and communicate roadmaps successfully
  3. How to leverage stakeholder management for career advancement

Instructor Bio:


Nahla Salem is a product leader specializing in building teams and managing large scale complex products. Her product experience spans Marketplaces, AI, and B2B products. Nahla is currently Head of Product in Climate Tech startup Haven Energy, helping homeowners move to clean energy and achieve energy independence. Before Haven, Nahla was in Yelp's B2B ML team, as well as several growth-stage Toronto start-ups where she built cross-functional product and ML teams. Her past customers include Fortune-50 Manufacturing conglomerate, United Technologies, the world’s largest health and beauty retail group, A.S. Watson, as well as Slack, Siemens, IBM, and FedEx.
