We're excited to have Stacey Feero lead a workshop to help you understand an effective approach to Product Discovery.

Does Product Discovery feel like a 'dirty word' at your company? You're not alone. We all struggle with convincing stakeholders that they don't always have the answers to our customers' problems. In this workshop, we'll collaboratively explore how to apply discovery practices in a way that's appropriately scaled to the risks associated with the product you're building. This approach will make you more effective validating ideas and get yourself breathing room to do that necessary work.

Instructor Bio:

Stacey Feero

Stacey Feero is a product management leader with fifteen years experience building digital products. Over those fifteen years, alternated between leading products within companies & as a consultant. With that experience, she’s become adept at translating the theory of product management into practice quickly, instilling best practices that remain long after she’s left. She shares those skills in her newsletter for product management leaders, No Fear Product Leadership. She is also passionate about levelling up the craft of product builders across Canada and has been contributing to community-led initiatives for the last seven years, including Toronto Product Management Association (board of directors), APM Canada (mentor & instructor), and Women in Product (co-founded Toronto chapter).
