Product Management in a B2B Sales-Led company can be a challenge. The demands of sales-requests often take precedence over product direction. There can be little strategy beyond "more revenue" and there is constant pressure to deliver. This event will dig into these issues and provide insights and tactics to use to balance out the needs of sales and the needs of product and the rest of the organization.

We're excited to welcome Saeed Khan, Founder, Transformation Labs, for a keynote presentation. Rina Whittaker, TPMA President, Product Leader will be moderating audience questions after his presentation.

Saeed Khan, Founder, Transformation Labs

Saeed has been a thought leader and thought provoker throughout his 25 years working in high-tech.

Saeed has held Product Management leadership roles in several start-ups & enterprise software companies in both Toronto and Silicon Valley including Informatica (acquired by private investors), Platespin (acquired by Novell), and Intelliseek (acquired by Neilsen).

He founded the influential blog On Product Management, and has been writing and speaking on the discipline of Product Management and new product development for a number of years.
