The skills required for a Product Leader are not the same as an individual contributor or solo PM. If you dream of taking up product leadership, don't miss this discussion with senior leaders who have made the journey.

In this session, we'll discuss:

  • Common mistakes new Product leaders make
  • The difference in responsibility between Directors, Group PMs, VPs, and CPOs
  • How do you approach internal politics in a healthy way?
  • How do you retain product intuition as you move away from direct user interaction?
  • What do companies look for when hiring Product leaders?
  • What skills do you need to cultivate before adopting various levels of leadership (mid-level vs senior leadership)?
  • And much more

Do you have questions for the panel? Submit them here.
