From roadmaps and delivery dates to growth models and financial planning, product leaders are constantly asked to predict the future. This session will explore the good, the bad, and the fantasy when it comes to making product predictions.

“Plans are worthless, but planning is everything.”

In this session, two product leaders will dive into how stable, actionable predictions can transform product teams from reactive units into strategic drivers of growth. By addressing the pitfalls of “corporate theatre” in predictions, they’ll share best practices that empower product leaders to make informed, impactful decisions that align with long-term goals.

You'll learn about:

  • Approaches to predicting the financial impact of features

  • How a “landing zone” can improve date conversations

  • Real-world case studies of product organizations that have transformed their prediction methods
