Heidi is a career recruiter for the high tech industry with 20 years at Martyn Bassett Associates. Her first product search was in 2008 and she later founded the firm's product practice in 2016. Currently she leads a team of recruiters and researchers delivering on product searches across North America. Heidi has published a number of articles on hiring and being hired.
