However, delivering on this promise and managing machine learning projects is much harder than most people anticipate. Many organizations hire teams of PhDs and data scientists, then fail to ship products that move business metrics. The root cause is often the discovery of industry-specific challenges that impact the delivery and adoption of the product.

Swapna is a Senior Product Manager at RBC, leading its innovation stream to create products and digital experiences using lean methodologies.
Prior to RBC, Swapna was the Head of Product at a UK-based SaaS Data intelligence company, Klood, that provided insights to enterprise clients through artificial intelligence. Whilst in Singapore, Swapna was responsible for driving the E-commerce growth for the Asian and European regions for the world’s largest publishing company, Scholastic as their Product Manager.
She started her career with Accenture and is a technology buff. Her current passion is finding innovative use cases for blockchain and AI in the fintech/banking domain.
