Leader Coaching

Get coached by one of the five handpicked Product Executive with an impressive track record of building, leading and coaching product teams at well known product organizations. You will have 10 months to work closely with your coach 1:1 on solving for your unique challenges on the job, get feedback on your deliverables, grow your influence and ultimately improve your impact. Your coach will be able to dedicate 60 minutes per month to you for 1:1 coaching. Exact timing / days, frequency (e.g. one 60-min meeting vs. two 30-min meetings per month) and format (virtual vs. in-person) is going to be up to you and your coach. As a non-profit TPMA has negotiated significantly lower than market rates to get access to this caliber of coaches. Our coaches have limited spaces, so we are only accepting a maximum of 12 participants and the applications close on September 15th.
